Coconut Thai curry with Potatoes, Broccoli, Asparagus, Summer Squash, Sugar Snap Peas, Pumpkin, Turnips, Basil, Mint, Lime, Topped with Candied Nuts

Latin Bowl

Roasted Squash and Zucchini, Seasonal Fresh Veggies, Sweet Plantains, Avocado, Chimichurri Sauce , and Feta Cheese (or Vegan Cheese)

Bibimbap

House Made Korean Radish Kimchi & Gochujang Sauce, Shiitake Mushrooms, Soft Boiled Egg, Avocado, Sesame Grilled Chard, Ginger Roasted Eggplant, and Seasonal Veggies

2) Choose your grain: White Rice or Quinoa

3) Choose a protein: Roasted Chicken Thigh or BBQ Jack fruit

All meals are served with your choice of a house made fresh herb & garlic focaccia or gluten free flatbread, a lemon shortbread cookie or gluten free seasonal cookie and your choice of beverage (Pablo’s Coffee, Teatulia Hot or Iced Tea, Water)
